How can I delete my Twinkly Account?

How to delete your Twinkly Account or change its e-mail address

Applies to Twinkly Generation I and Generation II devices, Twinkly PRO and Twinkly Plus.

 

If you need to delete your Twinkly account,  you can simply ask directly to our Support Channel, filling the form you find at this link.

Our Customer Satisfaction team will answer within 24 hours and will delete the account for you.

 

Important note:

If you just want to change account, and you don't need to delete the old one, maybe you want to keep it as an alternative, you can simply remove your device from your Twinkly App and then add it again (see here for the whole procedure, and configure it anew on the new account)
