If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to download effects via the Explore section of your Twinkly App, don’t worry. You can follow these straightforward steps to help resolve the issue and get everything back on track:
- Check Your Connection: Firstly, it is essential to ensure that your phone or device is properly connected to either a Wi-Fi network or mobile data. This connection is crucial as it allows the app to access the internet and download the desired effects. Without a stable connection, the app will not be able to retrieve any new content, so take a moment to verify that your device is online before proceeding with the download.
- Remember: It’s important to keep in mind that the Twinkly network does not support internet browsing. When you are connected to the Twinkly network, you will find that it lacks internet access, which means that any attempts to download effects will be unsuccessful. Therefore, if you are currently connected to the Twinkly network, you will need to switch to a different network that provides internet access in order to download effects successfully.
- Retry the Download: Once you have confirmed that your internet connection is stable and that you are not connected to the Twinkly network, the next step is to retry the download.
