How to delete your Twinkly Account or change its e-mail address
Applies to all the devices associated with your Twinkly Account.
If you want to create a new account, or you just want yours to be deleted, you can simply ask directly to our Support Channel, filling the form you find at this link.
Our Customer Satisfaction team will answer within 24 hours and will delete the account for you.
If you just want to change account, and you don't need to delete the old one, maybe you want to keep it as an alternative, you can simply delete your device from the account you no longer want to use, see here for the procedure, and configure it anew on the new account.
