Please note that for PRO users the Twinkly account (associated with at least one PRO device) is required to access the Webapp.
What is a Twinkly Account?
The Twinkly account is the digital profile with which you can access the Twinkly App, configure, customise and manage your lights. It is also required for the use of the WebApp. Read this articles to learn more.
You can create it using an email address, via your Facebook profile or through your Apple ID if you are an iOS user (For more information on the compatibility of PRO & Plus with different operating systems, please refer to this article: What operating systems can I use Twinkly PRO & Plus with?)
It's important to make a specification about compatibility:
-
Twinkly PRO Ethernet = compatible only with iOS devices
-
Twinkly PRO Wi-FI = compatible only with iOS devices
-
Twinkly Plus = compatible with both operating systems, iOS and Android
All the personal data are subject to our Privacy Policies (see here the complete Privacy Policy document)
What a Twinkly account is needed for?
Creating a Twinkly Account is necessary to log in your Twinkly App, and to associating your users with your devices.
Within the app, you can configure your devices, map and group them together, download new effects from the store, edit or create your own, and also add them to your favorite voice assistants, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for Plus devices.
You can read the Compatibility & Integrations section for more info.
Having a Twinkly Account also allows to be an owner of an installation and/or share it with other users, using the "invite new member" feature, and assigning them a role with several options each.
Please read this article to learn more about Installations, Objects and Roles
By registering your devices and establishing your presence within our ecosystem, you enable us to provide you with tailored support and assistance whenever you need it most.
Finally to access the WebApp, you first need to set up your Twinkly PRO devices using the Twinkly App. Once set up, your Twinkly PRO devices seamlessly integrate with the WebApp, empowering you to play out your stunning light shows.
