How to submit a request
From the drop-down menu, select All about Twinkly.
Fill out the form with all the requested information. The more details you provide, the faster and more accurately we'll be able to assist you.
Under Type, select Support.
Under Category, select I need assistance with Twinkly PRO.
Please note: This is the correct process for Twinkly PRO, Twinkly Plus, and Twinkly Lightwall inquiries.
