What is the reset process used for?
The Reset procedure is useful to take back Twinkly Music to factory default conditions
Resetting your device is recommended when you’re having connection issues, or to connect your device to its Twinkly network after previously connecting it to your home Wi-Fi.
How do I reset my Twinkly Music device?
Resetting Twinkly Music it's really simple and totally similar to the Gen II devices' procedure, you just have to follow these steps:

Unplug Twinkly Music from the power outlet.

Press and hold the button on the Twinkly Music. While holding the button, plug back in the power outlet.

Keep holding the button until the LED indicator becomes solid white, then release the button.
Twinkly music is now back to factory settings!
