The Twinkly PRO Ethernet controller 1o00 package contains the following items:

•  Twinkly Pro Light Strings (up to 4 per controller)

• CAT5 Ethernet Cable

 Onboarding

The onboarding procedure is explained  step by step in this useful tutorial:

To make the Ethernet 1000 controller Ip65, you have to follow this procedure:

Materials and tools needed:

• crimping,
• ethernet cable,
• ethernet cable gland.

Step by step procedure:

• Use the crimping tool to cut one end of the ethernet cable
• Cut the end of the cable
• Insert the Ethernet cable gland provided in this package
• Remove the sheath
• The wires are grouped two by two
• Unroll the groups of wires till you have 8 single wires
• Sort the wires in the order indicated by the graphic in the image above:

• Flatten the wires, the connector must have the clip at the bottom and the seath must touch the edge
• Insert the connector in the crimping tool and crimp to hold the wires in place
• Insert the connector in the ethernet cable gland
• The cable is ready to be connected to the controller
