Applies to Gen I and Gen II devices, Twinkly PRO and Twinkly Plus.
Twinkly App is available for free on the App Store, and has to be downloaded also for users with Twinkly PRO and Plus devices, as some features, like example the onboarding procedures, are available only via mobile app, not with the web one.
Compatibility and prerequisites
Twinkly PRO Ethernet and Wi-Fi controllers only work with iOS devices (operating system version 13 and up), whereas Twinkly Plus is also compatible with Android (version 6 and up)
The app is available on the AppStore, Google Play Store.
Manage your Twinkly from multiple Smartphones
You can connect to the Twinkly app and manage your lights from two or more smartphones, you just have to log into the app using the same Twinkly Account and connect to the same Wi-Fi network.
That's the only way to share a custom layout too, otherwise, your layout won't be available on other accounts.
Remember that you can’t manage your lights with two different smartphones simultaneously.
