⚠️ Important: Twinkly PRO, Twinkly Plus and Lightwall controllers are not supported.
Let’s start with the basics
1. Before diving into fixes, here’s a quick checklist to make sure everything is ready:
- Your Twinkly device is set up and connected to a Wi-Fi network with internet access
- You’re running the latest firmware
- Both your smartphone and Twinkly device have internet access
- You know your Twinkly login credentials

2. Here are some suggestions that might help:
- Close the app completely.
- Ensure that both your HomeKit (HK) and Twinkly are connected to the same network.
- Reopen the app.
- Try reconnecting HomeKit.
3. If the issue persists, please try the following:
- Reset your Twinkly device.
- Remove the device from the app.
- Repeat the onboarding process.
- Confirm that both HK and Twinkly are on the same network.
- Attempt to reconnect HomeKit again.
