Learn how Twinkly badges recognize your account and what you need to do to receive them.
The 3.30.0 version of the Twinkly App introduces new features to improve your account experience and make your profile easier to manage.
Email verification
Email verification is now available in the Twinkly App.
New users
When you create a new Twinkly account using your email address, you need to verify your email before you can use the app.
Users signing in with Apple or Facebook
Email verification is not required if you sign in with Apple ID or Facebook, as your email address is already verified through the sign-in method you use.
Existing Twinkly users
If you already have a Twinkly account, you can verify your email address directly from the app.
After updating the app to the latest version, open the Control Center and tap the profile icon to access your profile page.
If your email address still needs to be verified, you will see the verification badge directly below your email address. If your email address has already been verified, the badge will not appear.
Once your email address has been verified, you won't need to repeat the process.
Your Twinkly badges
The Twinkly App now includes profile badges, which recognize different levels of your Twinkly account.
The badge system includes four levels, with each badge representing a higher level of engagement with Twinkly:
✨ Sparkle
The first Twinkly badge.
The Sparkle badge is awarded to users who have:
a verified email address, and
at least one Twinkly device connected to their account.
For new users, the Sparkle badge becomes available after verifying their email address and adding their first Twinkly device.

🪄 Wizard
The Wizard badge represents the next level in the Twinkly badge system.
🦸 Hero
The Hero badge represents a further level of engagement with Twinkly
🏆 Legend
The Legend badge is the highest level in the current Twinkly badge system.
Updated profile settings
The profile area has also been updated, giving you the option to add and view additional account information.
You can now enter:
Country
Date of birth
You can also see when your Twinkly account was created.
To access this information, open your profile and tap the pen icon in the top-right corner.
Your existing Settings options remain unchanged.
