Can Twinkly DOTs products, be used outdoor?

Twinkly Dots 200 and 400 RGB LEDs are IP44 Certified; this means that they can be used outdoor between 0 °C to 40 °C or 32°F to 104°F, and they can resist rain and snow.
On the other hand, the 60 LEDs version is IP20 Certified, so it can only be used indoors.
Unlike all other Twinkly products, in fact, it is not powered by a traditional power supply but by a USB port, which does not support outdoor use.
An IP44 rating means that your product will be protected from solid particles that are over 1mm in size and from low velocity sprays of water from every direction.
The ip44 devices can be used outdoors and resist water splash, but they aren't waterproof.
An IP20 rating means the product is touchproof and will be resistant to dust or objects that are over 12mm in size. However, it has no protection whatsoever against liquids and will be susceptible to damage if it comes into contact with sprays of water.
