How to increase the number of LEDs in your Twinkly C9 installation.

Overview
Twinkly C9 Bulbs cannot be physically extended, but you can still expand your installation using the Grouping feature in the Twinkly App. This allows you to create a seamless and synchronized lighting setup by combining multiple Twinkly devices into one virtual group.
What You Can Do
Instead of physical extension, you can:

Use the Twinkly App to create a virtual group.

Group together multiple C9 Bulb strings.

Mix C9 Bulbs with other compatible Twinkly devices that use RGB or RGB+W LED profiles.

Control all grouped devices as one single unit, applying effects and animations across the entire group.
⚠️ Please note: C9 Bulbs can only be grouped with other devices that use RGB or RGB+W LEDs. Devices with AWW profiles are not compatible for grouping with C9s.
How to Create a Group
- Open the app and navigate to the “Devices” menu (LED icon in the bottom right corner)
- Select the installation that contains the devices you want to group.
- Tap on the + icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click on “Create Group”
- Choose the type of group you’d like to create
- Select the devices you want to include in the group
- Name your group as you wish (this will help you identify them later)
Once created, your lights will act as one large display, ideal for larger or more complex installations.
